Kim Wilde, daughter of rock 'n' roll star Marty Wilde, burst into the pop scene in the 1980s and for years she has held the record as being England's most successful female pop star. In the 80's and 90's she had many hits. In recent few years she has scaled down her participation in the music industry, although in the last three or four years she gone on tour.
Today Kim is well known to television audiences as a gardener appearing in several gardening programmes. She has written two books on gardening and they have been translated into several languages.
Kim still has a large following of fans in Europe and they will be glad to know that the long awaited comeback is well underway with tours and album to start it off.
